All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday Carriers

If a tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Return Policy Due to COVID there is NO return. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be more than happy to speak to you personally to see what we can do.

•For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post.

•We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.

•Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping.

•Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received.

•Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

•An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

•Please note: Only products purchased on shadesbygal.com may be returned for refund or exchange.

Damaged Items

•When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at shadesbygal@gmail.com
